We set up almost everything. One step has to be you, because only the owner of an account can let someone in. Each guide below is that one step, and we’ll be on the phone for it if you want.

- ServiceM8 5 minutes. Needs a paid ServiceM8 plan. No extra user.
- Fergus 5 minutes. Admin or Full User. No extra user.
- Simpro 10 minutes, with us on the phone. We check licences with you first.
- AroFlo AroFlo switches the API on first, then 10 minutes. No extra user.
- Tradify What connects today, without an extra user.
How we connect
What we’ll never ask you for
- Your password. Not for any of your accounts, not ever. If someone says they’re from Receptly and asks for one, it isn’t us.
- A login of our own inside your software. Most job software charges per user, so that would put your bill up, and some of them ban shared logins outright.
- Anything you can’t take back. Every connection here can be switched off by you, in your own software, without ringing us.
